Pre Purchase Bike Finder Fit = $150

Bike Finder - Pre purchase sizing

Initial Sizing $150 

Looking for a new bike. Getting a bike sizing fit before purchasing allows you to find the correct size bike and establish  your new ride matches your unique biomechanics. This process of  looking for a new bike or building a custom  bike will  ensure optimal comfort, efficiency, and injury prevention. 

We use our infinitely adjustable sizecycle machine to assess the optimal contact point position for the cyclist. The measured contact points are then compared using our sizing software across 40 plus brands to recommend the best fitting bike. We will start with the top 5 best options in a report to the customer.

($150 is credited to purchase when buying from On The Rivet or Mighty Riders.  Bikes purchased at On The Rivet include complete bike fits)

We offer a $50 data matching bike fit for any bicycle purchased outside of OnThe Rivet for 90 days after initial sizing.

LEVEL - 2 - Pre purchase and post bike Fit included with RETUL 3D Motion Capture

From start to finish bike fit  $299 

Part 1 - Comprehensive Interview - Cyclists requirements, assessment of Cyclist with range of motion and stability / balance analysis. Cycling gear, shoes, shorts and eyewear are assessed. Cleat alignment and footbed assessment.

Part 2 -SizeCycle Session - Using a fully adjustable sizing bike machine — often called a Size Cycle or a Fit Jig, the machine allows the fitter to find the rider’s ideal position without being limited by a specific bike frame.  By separating the rider’s position, the fitter is able to  micro-adjust every contact point from handlebar width, grip position, stem, saddle and tube length to tube height to see how it affects the rider's comfort and power output.  While on the SizeCyle the rider will be attached to the RETUL 3DMotion Capture System which will track  joint movement of the rider in real time while the rider pedals. 

Part 3 - Data capture / bike options - Contact points measured and bike recommendation made using our extensive data bank of over 40 brands models and sizes to select the best option for the rider. A report is Emailed with contact points and recommendations for bikes and components selection. 

Part 4 - The new bike / 2nd fit - A new bike either supplied by us or we helped find from another location is set up for a  Data capture session of the rider to inspect the contact points that have been modified on the bike from 1st fit session.  Shoe pedal integration is analyzed,  Pedal technique is tracked and saddle contact evaluated.  A data package of measurements and recommendations is Emailed

There is a 90 day window for follow up/adjustments


Essential Fit - My first Bike Fit = $175 1-hour


The Essential fit is a one-hour fitting designed to get a new rider up on their bikes riding in comfort. this full fitting involves cleat placement on shoes, saddle fore/aft positioning, saddle height, handlebar reach and drop, handlebar lever placement along with general pedalling instruction. 
This fit is also good for recently purchased bikes either new or used to the rider.
