FAQ
Can I try stuff out before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage you to try out any wearable item before deciding to purchase. This includes apparel, helmets, shoes and bags. For bike-packing products, we recommend bringing your bike into the store to test frame bags in order to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your Return Policy?
Apparel accessories & bags: We have a two-week return policy on apparel, bags and accessories. Items must be returned un-used, with all tags and packaging undamaged as well as be accompanied by the purchase receipts.
Helmets: Helmets cannot be returned after you leave the store premises. Please make sure to try the helmet out in-store before making the final decision to purchase. Helmets that develop warranty issues will be processed as per our Warranty Policy.
Shoes: Shoes can only be returned within two weeks only if they are unused and a cleat has not been installed on either of the shoes in the pair.
What is your Warranty Policy?
Items that reveal factory defects and flaws in workmanship can be warrantied within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer and must be accompanied by sales and itemized receipts. Processing warranty requests may take up to 10 business days. Some warranty items must be done directly with the product company and not through On The Rivet.
Do you do special orders?
Yes we do! However, all special orders must be paid for in full and in advance. Furthermore, special orders are final sales and cannot be returned to the store for any reason. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty issues with your special order items.
